LKW Youth Committee

Overview

The LKW Youth Committee engages teens (ages 13–19) across Long Island in age‑appropriate outreach, fundraising, and event support, providing a meaningful way for young people to get involved with LKW’s work. Teens lead and design outreach that resonates with their generation while supporting programs and connecting peers with resources. All volunteers under 18 may help at events; committee leadership is reserved for teen members. An LKW adult staff or board member will attend every meeting and event for guidance and safety.
