AFSP Out Of The Darkness Walk (Jones Beach)
The Late Knight Warriors team is proud to participate in the AFSP Out of the Darkness Long Island Walk at Jones Beach. This walk is about showing up—for ourselves, for those we love, and for everyone affected by suicide. Together, we create a space of compassion, understanding, and hope, and we take meaningful steps toward saving lives. Whether you’re walking in memory of someone you’ve lost, in support of someone you love, or for your own healing, you are welcome.

The Out of the Darkness Walk experience includes:
A meaningful Opening Ceremony
Activities of hope and healing throughout the morning
Resource tables offering support and information
Complimentary honor beads for every participant, allowing you to visibly share your story and connection
This is a supportive, inclusive environment focused on connection, remembrance, and action.
Walks are non-competitive and typically range from 1–3 miles. The exact route and additional event details for the Long Island Walk will be shared closer to Walk Day.
